The interview process was very competitive, but you can tell how much they care during the hiring process to find the best fit candidate. You first have to apply with an online application, then if you are moved forward the next step in a video recorded interview. It was very easy to do on your home computer or laptop. If you are moved on, the next step is an interview with a Recruiter to narrow down the applicants in your field. The final interview is usually down to just a few candidates and is with the supervisor who would be hiring you. You then receive a call from the Recruiter who interviewed you in step three if you receive an offer.

It was quite an extensive process with multiple interviews…but once you’re in, you’re in! I felt like each step gave me valuable experience in how to interview well to get into a competitive position.
