I was contacted quickly after my resume was submitted to CMI. A virtual interview was set up via Microsoft Teams. I interviewed with the HR Director for about a hour. Questions were asked me of me and then I was provided time to ask questions. After that, the HR Director explained in great detail all aspects of the company and what my position would entail. She was very knowledgeable and detailed. I was advised that if CMI was interested, I would hear back from them by the end of the week. Sure enough, before the end of the week I was offered a second virtual interview with the President and Vice President of the company. Again, questions were asked of me, I was given a chance to ask questions and then both the President and Vice President spoke to me about the company. Very relaxed, but informing. A couple days after that meeting, I was offered the position.
