Brief, typical interview questions. First they had me fill out an application, then I met with a manager from the Client Support department and someone from the Human Resources department. They asked about my resume and past work experience and then told me about the job and what my responsibilities would be. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and went pretty well.

They need at least someone who knows the lingo or job to interview. Or at least an actual HR person. I was not phone screened but rather just got an appointment for an interview by someone who was rather dry and not personable. You go there and no one seems to know what is going on. You are left at the locked front door till someone finally buzzes you in and wait till someone finaly comes to bring you to the nearby conference room. Then you are sitting in a conference room while you can hear people running around asking who is supposed to interview you. When someone finally shows up, they seem to be put off that they have to spend time with you and ask questions not relevant to the job. You get hired very quickly but the paperwork is lacking. You don't get tax forms and are told to download what you need from the IRS sight. The benefits package is just an enrollment form and does not really tell you what you get. Reimbursement for travel is a bit shady and not well explained as well as asking for any technology and other equipment for sales functions tend to be outdated. Forget giving a cool new presentation to potential clients or having marketing materials made up, even if you do them yourself and cut the cost from your pocket. They do not like change.

They seemed concerned about overtime and less concerned about my actual skills. The interview was not exactly friendly and seemed very odd when you walked in. NO one seemed to expect you and no one seemed to know who was supposed to meet with you. The on-boarding practice was also very odd. I found out later they do not have an HR person, only someone who does office work so the fact that some of the ID checking was not done and tax papers not present to fill out was explained later.

I am not even sure why these people called me since they didn't appear to be interested in my back ground at all. I was asked to fill out paperwork allowing a back ground check but I am pretty sure they lost interest in me the second they realized I was not a 20 something candidate. I struggled for three minutes to fill some dead air and the lack of questioning was deafening. Very rude people. I know I could have done that job in my sleep too and I tried to demonstrate that I have a lot of computer experience. Didn't matter. They weren't exactly the most scintillating personalities themselves so I don't think it was because of that. I am pretty sure it was age.
Interview process was easy in that I didn't have to answer a single question, but difficult in that I really felt like a schmuck for even showing up. And of course I never heard another word.
