HR director looked over my resume, then asked me to tell her about my nursing experience in the detox field. She asked how long I had been in the field and how many detox facilities I had been employed as a RN. She asked if I had any special training/certifications in this or any nursing field that would set me apart from the other candidates. The HR director was competent and knew what she was looking for in an employee. She was very thorough.
