Walk-in Interview with 4 Rounds-Around 35-40 Candidates Appeared (2 openings)
1.HR introduction
2.Written Test (Easy)-English, Basic Maths & Logical Reasoning
3.One to One Interview with HOD Accounts
4.US Round with Onshore team (CFO, & Someone from Staff)
Cleared all Round-got call within 4 days.
Do proper Negotiation with HR. They will try to drag you to lowest package they can offer-Don't accept and demand what you had in mind or try to come close to that.(They do party and Outing which you will pay from your CTC adjusted and Offered, which is foolishness.)

Good, they let me know about a week after … process was smooth but no training or onboarding at all… just kind of threw me in and said good luck … which is good for people who are experienced and don’t like being micro managed

interview process was easy...you are going to face 3 to 4 round of interview..first round was just screening round where they just want to check your communication skill, 2nd round was HR round she just asked basic questions like why do you want to join this company and 3rd round was technical round where a man asked different account questions...so basically it was easy process..i didn't get selected in the technical round as i was not able to answer some questions.
