Technical round 1 will be mostly about troubleshooting networks, your understanding of networks, TCP/DCHP concepts, Outlook troubleshooting, VPN configuration and troubleshooting. Basic situational questions - STAR method will do the job. Technical round 2 - Deeper level of round 1 HR - Basics Pro tip: They offer 3.5 LPA for fresher but if you talk to the interviewer and ask about the budget, they will go put 4.5 LPA. Always ask for 50K more than your desired offer - Pro tip (Based on research off-course). Win - Win situation. Interview thinks he won but in real you got your offer.
