Conversational With Multiple Members of the team i would be placed on. One higher level team member at a time in an office, then 2 of them at the same time to break down the expected job functions and to answer questions and make a job offer right there on the spot. Took a drug test the next day on a Friday and started training on Monday at 9am. After a few days of training we started the regular 8-5 shift.
