Started with call from the recruiter. Then a one hour design/tech interview with CTO. Followed by a background check. Then another one hour culture/fit interview. I felt like everything was going well, recruiter told me they'd decide within a week. Few days later she informed me it might be another few days. Then I was completely ghosted. Sent multiple follow ups over the next 2 weeks, no reply from anyone.
