Very easy. Once with recruiter and then once with manager. Simple behavioral questions that can be practiced prior. All over the phone. After manager interview, the recruiter called back the same day to tell me I was accepted.

Started off with a screening with HR via phone. Had an interview with 2 hiring managers via Teams. Interview was not difficult, no hard questions. Hiring managers seemed laid back. Found it unprofessional that one was a couple of min late. When he got onto the call he said he had forgotten about the interview and I think was even wearing a tshirt.

Easy Straight forward just come presentable and be ready for behavioral questions! and also be ready to speak to multiple people, because very close knit company.
