Very straight forward. On campus first round. In office final round. Final round interview consisted mainly of behavioral interviews with one technical interview. The behavioral interview was very traditional, it was important to explain why you would be a good fit with the company. The technical interview mainly had to do with statistical analysis that would be involved with the job.

On-campus recruiting, brief 20-30 minute resume run-down and questions about the position. Told me and a few other friends that they'd get back in early March, had zero feedback. Understand it's normal to not hear back from interviews, but interviewer gave the impression that we would hear back if we moved on or not so we were waiting for a long time until now.
