The Director of the unit emailed me to schedule an interview for the position. The next week I interviewed with the Director and Senior Manager, along with a team member. After the interview, I followed up 3 weeks later with the Director and they emailed back saying that someone will provide an update. A few days later, the Senior Manager emailed me asking for my availability. They called within two days and told me that I didn’t get the job. About a week later, I received a generic email saying that I’m no longer under consideration for the position.
