I was asked for an interview through my college. The interview was very easy. It lasted about an hour. I met 2 lovely ladies who were very friendly. They both had sheets of paper with prewritten question. Majority were soft skills and what you have learned from past experiences such as projects, teamwork on campus, campus extracurriculars, past internships.

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.

Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
