I applied on the MWE website was contacted by via email to complete application online shortly after that I was contacted by the COD to come in for an interview , at my interview it was pleasant and informative Tamika Campbell and Kay Conway were very nice , later that same day I was contacted and offered the position.

Quick call back and interview set up. It felt more like a conversation. Director at the time was easy going and understanding and flexible. Hired with in a week. Had to do drug test and TB test.
