SQL Exam and Analytical exam with not much instructions at all. The interview was fairly simple.

30 mintues initial phone interview with HR recruiter, which was followed up by 1 hr by phone with IT manager. Three days later I had a group interview from 5 members of the IT operations team. The interview was good, they asked good questions and they seemed competent. There was a followup interview with the Humana IT team members.
