Initial interview with regional director. Second interview with director of rehab. Initial interview with regional director was very in-depth. There was a healthy exchange of questions between myself and the director. I did feel however that most (if not all) of the questions were based around "problem" scenarios. These revolved around productivity, patients not wanting to participate, and staff "personality" challenges. She did not ask any questions about me regarding my experience or clinical knowledge. When touring the facility there were no patients at all in the therapy gym, which was odd. Felt like there was definitively some tension between the regional director and other staff members. It did not feel like a very welcoming place.

How would you respond if you and another discipline both need to see a patient in the same time period?
There was a screening call to discuss the location and company as a whole. My interview was conducted over FaceTime, due to Covid. It was very relaxed and conversational. I would guess the interview was a total of 25-minutes, but in person interviews are longer because of the tour of the building

Very quick! Applied online, heard back one week later, had a phone interview and landed the position within a few days. The confusing part was initially interviewing with one employee but then getting future calls from a different employee without them explaining that they would be contacting me now and I wouldn’t hear from the original man again.
