      Entrevista

      The interview process typically begins with the application and resume screening stage. Once a candidate submits their application, the HR team reviews it to assess whether the qualifications, skills, and experience match the job requirements. Shortlisted candidates are then contacted for the next step, usually an initial discussion. The first round is often conducted by HR. In this stage, the interviewer discusses the candidate’s background, work experience, career goals, and interest in the role. This round also evaluates communication skills, cultural fit, availability, notice period, and salary expectations. It serves as a preliminary assessment before moving to more in-depth evaluations. The next stage usually consists of one or more technical interviews. These rounds are conducted by technical experts, team leads, or senior developers. Candidates are assessed on their core subject knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical understanding of tools and technologies related to the role. In technical positions, this may include coding tests, case studies, or scenario-based questions to evaluate real-world application skills. Following the technical evaluation, there may be a managerial or leadership round. This stage focuses on behavioral aspects, teamwork, conflict resolution, project ownership, and decision-making abilities. Interviewers assess how well the candidate aligns with the team dynamics and organizational goals. Finally, if the candidate successfully clears all rounds, the HR team conducts a final discussion regarding compensation, company policies, benefits, and joining date. Once both parties agree on the terms, an official offer letter is issued, followed by onboarding and background verification procedures.
