Interviewer seemed more interested in presenting himself, his successful company and what the role would be like (which is important, but shouldn’t be the sole focus of the interview). Very little focus on me, on assessing me as a candidate and what I might be able to offer Seemed quite dismissive of the fact that I had a degree, even though it was listed as a graduate management trainee role (it became clear later that it was advertised as this, as well as other titles but it was essentially a commission sales role). Was invited back for a trial day almost immediately after the interview, which would take place following day. No salary offered, was informed it was purely commission based work.
