They asked me multiple scenario-based questions to assess my clinical judgment and ability to prioritize patient care. One of the key questions was about how I prioritize tasks during a busy shift with multiple patients requiring attention. They also presented a situation where a patient suddenly became unresponsive, and I was asked to explain the immediate steps I would take, including safety checks, assessment protocols, and escalation procedures.
In another question, they asked how I would manage a patient requiring isolation due to a suspected infectious condition. They were particularly interested in whether I understood standard, contact, and droplet precautions, as well as how I would ensure both patient safety and staff protection while minimizing transmission risks within the ward.
I interviewed with the manager. He asked me three questions and then he asked me do you accept the offer then I say yes. The first question is tell me about your background The second question is what your strength and weakness The third question is the work is non shift work, so it is no penalty. Will you accept for this job

They are a great company to work for and always interview professionally. I found my time with them to be appealing. They don't seem to pay as much as surrounding hospitals but there are perks that come with the job
