I am honestly sad that I have to give them a negative review. The first three stages went off without a hitch and genuinely looked forward to the next interview. My final interview was with the owner. Guy appeared to be hungover/drunk and was really unprepared. Repeated same question that I had just answered on a few different occasions. Asked how I knew the vp (duh —- I applied on the company website), final question was what my favorite beer was. It’s a shame because the recruiter, manager, and team interviews were just an overall excellent experience and couldn’t wait to learn more about Concord. What a shockingly terrible ending.

The interview consisted of three rounds of casual, non technical conversations. The first round was over the phone with the VP of the department, the second round was a conference video call, and the third round was at a happy hour with the CEO and a handful of employees.
