There were three rounds in total — two technical rounds and one techno-managerial round — and I successfully cleared all of them. However, in the end, I was informed that due to the company’s internal policy, they would not release a formal offer letter and would only provide a verbal confirmation of the offer. I found this practice unfair and not aligned with professional ethics.

Good thing was Interviewer asked development related questions instead of admin related irrelevant questions which other companies ask mostly.
All questions were the expected ones, I can say a very fair interview it was.
Work environment seems good and professional what I observed from the Interviewer and HR team.
