Got to interview with exiting employee and hiring manager. Talked through their questions for about 40 minutes and then worked through my questions for another 15 min or so. It was just before the holidays and felt rushed. Been through many interviews and got the impression they already had a candidate and was going through the motions with me.

I was connected through a recruiter. I took the dreaded Predictive Index, then had a first interview with the department director because the hiring manager was unavailable. It was relatively light. I was invited back for a five-hour interview... for a $50-60k pay range position. It began with lunch with the three-person Product unit, then 45-minute conversations with heads of marketing, sales, engineering, and CEO, followed by a one-hour business case presentation.
