I had a 8:30 interview time. Upon arriving the security guy/receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I proceeded to be greeted by the hr girl. She stated for me to take some assessment tests on the computer. NONE of the computers worked. I then proceeded to have my interview with the hiring manager who had a very nasty attitude from the time I walked in and said hello. She made no eye contact with me. The whole time she is typing and talking to other people, While I’m talking. She didn’t even know my name. I had to tell her my name. She looked at my resume, and seen that I recently graduated with a degree, she turnt her nose up and told me “they will call me” I knew then that I wasn’t selected just by reading her body language. I went back to hr and ask about what I needs to do far as getting the assessments completed. She told me “ oh the manager just emailed me, just go home and I’ll send the link for assessment”. Went home, looked at my email and noticed that she only sent ONE assessment when there is TWO. I knew then that it was something fishy going on. I called and told her that I only received ONE when there is two. She stated “oh don’t worry about the second one, just do the first one 🤔”.. completed the first one and PASSED... however I received an email stating that although my resume was impressive, the hiring manager did not pick me to move further!! I wasted my time, I broke my sleep 😴, and I wasted gas just to be played like a damn piano!!

Interview was set up with a head hunter who seemed to be on the ball, and then when it was clear it was a bad fit for me and Conduit, not even a call back or straight answer, "Denied." Totally fine with me, but at least tell me. It's hard to describe what they actually do, they have all these big brands they do work for, but what exactly do they do for them? When asked, "How would you explain what Conduit does for it's clients?" I completely fumbled. Figure it out, write it down, practice it... Office is located in a good part of San Mateo, lots of stuff in the area. CalTrain accessible. Office is a bit....grey. Quiet, cubicle jungle'ish. In short, office seemed boring. OK, so you go for office outings every quarter to boost morale, your office is still depressing to be in, and I was only there an hour.
