Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Condé Nast (Londres, Inglaterra) em jun. de 2018
Entrevista
I sent my CV and cover letter via post to the Director. I received a response within 2 days and was asked to interview a couple of weeks later.
There was about 10 girls and we were given a short presentation detailing more of the responsibilities of the job itself and the company. The job basically sounds like a call centre job - we were told our role would be to secure advertisements for the backs of the magazines and we’d be expected to make up to 60 calls per day. Up to half the callers were guaranteed to hang up on us. There was no indication that we would be able to provide our own creative input since the job did not ask for that. If you are someone who enjoys giving input and being creative, do not apply. I went along envisaging myself to assist with advertising campaigns for Conde Nast’s publications, but this was not the case at all. They bigged it up online, and then I realised it is not how it seemed when I first applied. I also wouldn’t advise applying for Conde Nast if you’re someone who wants/likes a mixed working environment. It is very female-oriented.
The actual interview included a psychometric test, and it took about 40 mins to complete. Whilst we were completing the test, we were each asked into the interview room by the Director for a 5 minute chat with her. It was really informal, and I soon realised that loads of prep was not necessary.

Bit of a different interview format to other companies.
1st Interview: in-person resume screening, very brief.
2nd Interview: all about your childhood and your involvements at school.
(Didn't get a 3rd Interview - but I think it's with one of the managers and probably more job-specific)
All the staff were really nice and friendly but I think they look for a very specific fit (think posh, ex-head girl from London who plays netball) and are unlikely to go for anyone who doesn't fit that because they get new applications all the time from people who do.

This was pre-covid and I travelled a long way for the interview without travel expenses paid. The interview itself was less than 5 minutes long. Also had to complete a test on paper asking interview style questions.

Very quick interview, everyone in the group I was with were interviewed for under 5 minutes each whilst the rest answered a personality questionnaire. Only asked about three questions, what magazines of theirs I read, when I was ready to start and my previous experience.
