Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Conestoga Bank (Chester, PA).
Entrevista
Interview process was smooth and expectations set during the meeting. I was explained the timeframe as well, which I appreciated. I also met with multiple people during the interview process.

2 phone interviews, followed by meeting at the Pottstown location. Met with the management team, which consisted of 4 individuals. The location was less than desirable. The roof was literally leaking water in some of the cubicles while I was there. Very poor working conditions. Support staff was not involved in the interview process, nor was a member of the sales team? I think they only had 2 sales reps on staff, so it would have been nice to get their perspective. Within the first few minutes of interviewing in person I knew this was not going to work out. The building and the management team were not good indicators of what life would have been like their. They only had 2 lease administrators and one credit officer? I know they are only 5 years old, but by now I figured they would be further along. In the end, I just didn't end up caring much about the interview and left not concerned if I got an offer or not. The pay was not enough to get me to go into a place or situation like that.

Did I have a book of business to bring? , How fast could I get ramped up? Standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary.

The interviewer was very thorough although she thought I was someone else when we first started the interview. She was very nice but also a bit intimidating. She did call in someone else after about a half hour and they said that I could contact HR if I was interested in setting up a second interview but I knew when I left that I was't going to get the job.
