Applied online, sent an invitation by email, panel interview, asked questions related to the role. I felt prepared prior to the interview but when I arrived my anxiety took over and I performed poorly. The staff in the interview seemed courteous throughout, however, afterwards, when I left the room I could hear them laughing which I can only assume was because of my poor interview performance. The staff member that escorted me out turned around and shut the door as I'm sure she was trying to ensure that I was unable to hear. They asked me to complete a computer assessment afterwards which took approximately 10 minutes. They said they would follow up will all candidates and did not do so. I expected better from Conestoga College.
