In my application process through LinkedIn, I received a positive response from the company and was asked to complete a technical assessment, which is quite straightforward for someone at least with a year of experience in the field. I diligently prepared a detailed 10-page solution report and submitted it promptly. However, following the submission, I encountered complete silence from the company. Despite my efforts to follow up, including a polite email two weeks later, a LinkedIn message to my contact after five days, and an understanding email to the manager a week afterward, I received no response whatsoever. They've just ghosted me after all my efforts and communication trials.
