The interview was very thorough. It took a few times for me and them to make a decision. They were very transparent and specific about the culture. I came later to appreciate it and understood why the interview was so long. All my questions were answered. In fact, they insisted I asked every question I wanted to so that there's no ambiguity on my end. I asked every question that I needed and they seem to be direct and clear with their answers. That's why I took the job. When I was inside the company, I find no discrepancy between what we talked about in the interview and the actual company.
