Interviewed with this company through a recruiter. We got to the end, they offered. The whole situation was weird because I was rushing to get out of my company because of an impending political catastrophe. Luckily it worked out in my favor and I stayed with my current company because I had a better offer. They were extremely unprofessional afterwards. Yeah—I messed up, but I have an anxiety disorder.... They then proceeded to tell lies about me to all of Nashville, which has a very niche Salesforce community. I was transparent with the why I decided to stay with my current company, it was an extreme change in circumstances, completely unexpected. Even though I messed up, maybe it would’ve been more professional to keep the situation to ourselves.
