The process was initiated via referral and follows a fairly standard procedure involving HR, the Hiring Manager, and the rest of the team. While the interview itself wasn't particularly challenging, there was a noticeable lack of communication and clear expectations. Unfortunately, it seems to be a classic case of no follow-up from HR.
