Entrevista
Confluent was referred to me, so the first two conversations were discussions with the Support Product Owner and Customer Operations Director to discuss the role. Following that there was a remote Zoom interview that took about 4 hours and was broken up amongst 4 interviewers (Peer, Support Manager, System Administrator, Director). Each interviewer had a specific topic to discuss and it was very informal. Following the Zoom session, I talked with a recruiter to discuss what an offer would look like.

Questions were specific to the actual goals of the company; how would you approach this process with these challenges?
