I interviewed in Australia office and company recruiter sold the company to me in an hour-long call. After 1st level of an interview with the hiring manager nothing happened which is fine but do you mind providing any feedback to the candidate. I feel it does reflect on the culture of the company and they don't deserve to be a 4* company on glassdoor

Hiring process was great, conversation with recruiter followed by technical phone screen. Next they brought me on-site to meet the team and leads. Following this round was a technical exercise and presentation. All of the people were very courteous and friendly, shared information about the company, culture and industry. Confluent is built by the people powering Apache Kafka and that is an exciting story to be part of. Questions were around past experience, why do you want to join Confluent, career objectives, culture, etc. Technology questions involved learning and understanding of Confluent offering, Kafka concepts, Linux, analytics, etc. I would recommend Confluent to anyone out there.
