I had heard good things about Confluent on Glassdoor but was Baffled and found it borderline disrespectful that they completely ghosted me after putting me through several rounds of interviews, especially given the time spent on both sides. I completely understand if they would not respond to initial CV submissions or early rounds, but this was after at least two rounds of interviews (not counting the HR screening). Even a generic "thanks but no thanks" would've been preferable to this. The market for B2B is frankly small and I don't think this speaks well of their reputation.
