For the first interview they had a questionnaire to fill out, then they had a list of questions to ask, and finally they gave me a task to complete by the next interview. Then in the second interview, they asked about the assigned task and had a further set of questions. Most of it was centered around beer, and my willingness to learn more about craft beer. Makes sense if you know how often their draft list changes and how much their customers rely on you to navigate it.
