First, I had an interview with a third party recruiter, and then an admin individual at the organization invited me to an in-person interview with a senior executive. However, on the morning of the in-person interview, I was called and told that the senior executive was running late with a family emergency, and asked to push the interview back an hour. Then, I got another call 45 minutes later saying that the senior exec had an emergency meeting at a different location and in turn had to cancel the interview. The admin official who I was corresponding with then offered to reschedule, but I was away the next week on vacation, and I never heard back. Overall, a really negative experience. Each time I was contacted for an interview it was outside of normal business hours and it was very last minute. I was confused the entire time and then was completely ghosted at the end. Not too upset it didn't work out.
