Mandatory three interviews. First is a one-on-one. Second, two-on-one. Final interview is a one-on-one. Interview the gate keeper. Interview the outside aynaylizers. They give their input and discuss you performance. They then schedule a final interview. Before community ting to giving you an offer. Interviews were about 45 minutes. Not very threatening. They are very personable people.
