Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ConnectWise em out. de 2014
Entrevista
In the end, Connectwise showed unprofessionalism in their methods of recruting. Initially was contacted first by an outside recruiter working for Connectwise. The recruiter was very professional, engaging, and I truly thought he cared about placing candidates with the right employers. I was mistaken and the recruiter was unprofessional at the end not returning my phone calls or following up with the candidate. The process for Partner Support Consultant was very painstaking. First you had a phone call with the recruiter, then a face to face interview with the recruiter and after that and an IQ test, then an actual phone interview with the company. In all, to be considered for this company there were so many steps just to please the powers that be. From the first phone call with the recruiter to the final face to face interview with the director of the department, there were 6 different engagements during the process (recruiter phone call, in person interview with recruiter, IQ test, phone interview (with Conectwise Finally), in person interview with department managers, and finally an in person interview with department director. Don't waste your time for a company who makes candidates waste their time for close to a month and doesn't even have the decency to give you a decision on your candidacy. Will not recommend anyone to this company.

I then received an email two weeks ago stating how they would like to interview me again and to attempt to schedule. I moved my schedule around then hurricane irma was coming so 24 hours before the interview I called to confirm they would be open the recruiter I was told was unavailable so I left a voicemail and sent an email I received an email back later that afternoon around 4 confirming my interview and the company will be open.
I drive an hour to the location my interview was at 10am I was there at 9:45 I was told to sign in and wait I waited until 10:25 when someone who was not my interviewer or recruiter came back and said the directors were crafting their hurricane plan we would have to cancel and reschedule. I said I understand and left and followed up with the recruiter as requested letting her know I would be staying for the hurricane to let me know when the interview scheduled.
Fast forward to last Thursday and the recruiter emailed me to reschedule for this Tuesday once again I moved my schedule and set it up about 30 minutes later I received a rejection email I immediately emailed the recruiter to inquire about it and received no response. Today I called to confirm my interview for tomorrow once again the recruiter was unavailable So I left a voicemail. At about 3pm I had received no contact so I sent a follow up email about 45 minutes ago I finally get a reply
How unprofessional

had one phone interview then a face to face on the same day. People were very friendly even though I was 30 minutes late. Had a great experience with the staff.

First was a phone interview, where they confirmed my salary expectations ($45-$50k) and schedule availability. I had let them know that overnights would probably not work and the phone interviewer said no problem. Then, completed a timed assessment. Finally was invited in for interview with two people. Interview went well, but interviewers informed me that overnights would be required and last probably for a year, and salary would be significantly lower than I had discussed with phone interviewer. They apologized for the miscommunication, but I found it very disappointing to be told one thing on the phone and then told a completely different story in person. I did enjoy visiting the company and it seems like a great company, but they definitely need to have better communication between hiring managers and recruiting.
