This was in 2019, but it appears they haven't changed the process since then.
I was referred for the job, went through two rounds of interviews, and was subsequently rejected without ever speaking to a human being.
The first round was a "one way video interview" where I had to record answers to their preselected questions. I imagine someone reviewed that, and then I was sent a project to complete which took, if I remember correctly, around 4-5 hours. Submitted that, and eventually received a rejection with no commentary or feedback. I emailed to ask for feedback and was eventually told I didn't do it the way they wanted.
The experience was offensive, quite honestly. I would avoid this organization at all costs. They have a good mission, but the recruiting tactics are abysmal.
