The interview process was pretty quick. I applied for the job, did the assessments needed (how would you respond ABCD type questions and a typing test I believe) entered the best time to get a call interview, answered a few questions and got more information about the position and campaign I was being hired for and got an offer otp. Got offer via email and set up account via Paycom.

Over the phone and very easy. I had 2 interviews and each one was a breeze. They go over the job and the what it entailed mostly. They were very kind as well.

Very fast and easy training was fast but if you’re smart you’ll be fine. Didn’t take me long to catch on and calls aren’t that bad to me and I did the Kentucky Derby call center project.
