I got the call through consultant who is exclusively working for Consero.
1st Round of interview was conducted with AVP. It was a telephonic round. He asked me all kinds of technical questions regarding accounts, Accounting standards.
Once this was cleared, 2nd Face to face technical round was kept. The round started 1.5 hours later than scheduled.
Apart from current job profile, the questions asked were related to Accounting entries and Accounting standards.
They have some online and offline tests too which every candidate has to clear.
It involves email writing skills, Accounting skills, eye for detail and excel skills.
After clearing all rounds, there would be an HR round. It starts like every other HR round but this round is kept for the HR to tell you some of the worst HR policies you will hear in your lifetime in any corporate.
1. They will not send the offer letter on email. You have to go to their office and physically collect.
2. You can collect the offer letter only if you submit your original documents to the company.
3. The company will keep your originals for atleast one year (2year in some cases).
4. One year probation period.
5. 3 months notice period both in probation as well as afterwards.
6. If you put down your papers before completion of one year, you will be required to pay back 8.33% of your Annual CTC + Cost of all Learning & Development + Cost of amount of time your manager has put in your on the job training which easily comes to 2.5-3 lacs.
This is not at all an employee friendly company. These kinds of terms of employment should never be accepted. It's totally unethical. Please don't be a part of it.
I can easily relate to the reviews which I saw on glass door earlier. Consero is not valuing their biggest assets Their employees.

I got the call for interview through ICAI career ascent programme for experienced CA's, It involves three 20 min tests like mail drafting, psychometric, accounting questions
And then 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round
If your basics are right you can crack the interview, My 1st technical round was awesome it was a great learning experience, I wasn't comfortable with 2 years bond and submitting original certificates as that seemed to risky also the huge penalties...
