Entrevista
I was asked to pre-prepare a presentation and then answered questions on my education and resume. I had three interviewers, and I believe I was being assessed on my alignment to conservative values as well as my political awareness.
First there is a group assessment (online) of about 40 minutes where candidates are assessed in a group exercised and then an individual interview (in person) for selected candidates of the duration of half an hour.
