I was first contacted to do a short phone interview. Then I was sent an assessment to complete. From my understanding, if they like the results, you get a formal interview. The interview was over Zoom, both interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me plenty of time to answer their questions. Afterwards, I was sent a computer skills assessment to take. Currently waiting to hear back.

They called, asked questions about experience, additional skills that might be useful to the position, as well as scheduling and hourly pay discussions and telling me what to expect for the job before scheduling an assessment.
