They are very thorough. Several steps in the process and preview phone screening was done. Handoffs are done with good communication on who will contact you next. Each manager is respectful of you and your time.

I had several interviews with the managers over the phone and then in person including upper management. The whole process took maybe a month. I would say it was a fairly typical process.
