I had an HR interview, and it went well. The recruiter told me a lot about the company, and I felt like it was a pleasant conversation. This position needed more experience than I had, unfortunately, and therefore I was not considered.

Approximately an hour-long interview by current product engineers, followed by a conversation with the current vice president of the facility.
The product engineering tour of the facility, and lunch with several of the product engineering staff.
