Applied online, very simple process. Corresponded with recruiter via email and text. Arranged a phone interview and then an in person interview with the DOR. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism and pace of the process. My in person interview left me feeling like it was a pleasant experience. Salary is low, but I expected that and negotiated, didn't get above their starting range, but got top of the pay range.
