The worst experience ever. First round of interview then a second round then personality index. This a waste of time and energy, i meet with close to 10 people and they couldn’ decide since one of them was out. Three weeks with no updates then they reach out to the Recruiter I was working with to look for CFO instead . Truly Unprofessional. Stop wasting people’s time.

Remote interview process but also used Predictive Index to help understand me better. I have not seen this process before. Interview was with a center leader and also HR, the overall process took about 30 minutes and was done remotely.
