The interview process consists of 7 steps. At each stage you are challenged to solve a medium complexity problem. Overall the process is exhausting but quite fun and you meet a lot of new people. In the last 2 stages, the interviewers did not have a well-defined challenge. It felt like they didn't do much to explain the context to a new person. I had a lot of difficulty understanding what had to be done. My application was declined with a generic email saying that my experience is not appropriate for the position. This after I reached the last stage with the company's VP of technology. I found the feedback weak if you take into account how much time and money they spent to say that my experience is not enough. You don't need 7 interviews to find that out. Just read my CV carefully and have a very complete first interview. I sent an email to HR asking for more complete feedback, but received no response.
