Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Consulting Point (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
I was interviewing at 4 other companies at the time and the R2R said that I really needed to see Consulting Point. I had a 30 mins "Teams" video call and then dropped in to the office the next day to meet the Sales Director and CEO. Very nice, almost informal discussion about me and them. No stupid "interview" questions. I really felt they listened and also told me what I needed to know.
Afterwards, when I got the job and joined, I realised that is very much the grown up tone of the firm. Listen and act and not just talk.

Entrevista
Felt more like a chat than an interview. Got a great understanding of what the firm was about and why it was very, very different from my old school recuitment background.
Meet with the Sales Director first, then the CEO a few days later. I liked them both and felt I could add to their plans. They seemed to like me because I got the job!

2 interviews. Both very relaxed. One with the Sales Director, one with the CEO. They both told me a lot about the firm and where the firm was going. Gave me plenty of time to speak. Neither of the interviewers asked 'standard or boring' interview questions. I felt it was like two people discussing something and not an interrogation. It was refreshing.
