I was contacted by the Director of Production for my initial interview. The conversation went smoothly, and I was told I’d hear back within 1–2 days for a second interview. Two months passed with no update, and I finally received a rejection email. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor communication and disregard for the interviewee’s time and effort. The minimum courtesy would have been to either proceed with the second interview or notify me of their decision in a timely manner.

The online application includes a personality test. Your Zoom interview is recorded. No follow up if you are not selected for next interview (3 total for this position). Interview itself was pleasant.
