30 minute Teams interview with Hiring Manager, then a 45 minute Teams interview with the HM and a peer. The process was super fast - after I applied, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with the HM. After my first interview, I was asked to provide writing samples. A few days later, I had the second interview. I was supposed to hear back within a few days, but it was radio silence until I got a standard rejection two weeks after my second interview. I liked the team, but it was obvious they wanted a specific skill set that I did not have.
