Entrevista
I was scheduled for a 15-minute first round video interview with a current employee in the department. The interviewer was friendly and engaging and asked some standard technical questions. I was told there would be no time for me to ask any questions until the next round. It's been over a month and the recruiter has not responded to any of my requests for an update.
Overall, the interview felt backwards and rushed. A traditional phone screen with HR would have been a much more respectful use of candidate time in the first round.
